Job Summary
Leading a small team of copywriters and designers, the full-time B2B Creative Director will drive the creative strategy and execution of marketing assets targeting employers, health plans, and partners in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and execution for B2B marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand and enterprise buyer needs
- Own the development of various marketing formats including sales materials, digital ads, and email campaigns
- Foster a collaborative team culture while providing direction and support to creative team members
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B creative strategy and execution across multiple channels
- Experience in healthcare marketing or within a healthcare-related industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office applications
- Proven ability to lead and develop creative talent, including copywriters and designers
