Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time, remote opportunity as a B2B Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, where they will build and manage customer lifecycle programs for school district partners, execute top-of-funnel B2B acquisition campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance engagement and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute B2B customer lifecycle programs for school district leaders, focusing on onboarding, engagement, renewal, and expansion
- Develop and manage lifecycle communications and campaign content to drive adoption and highlight product updates
- Execute top-of-funnel B2B acquisition campaigns and support integrated product launches through coordinated marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, education, or SaaS environments
- Strong writing skills with examples of compelling, conversion-oriented copy
- Experience in supporting acquisition and engagement efforts through integrated marketing or lifecycle programs
- Comfortable using marketing tools and analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns
- Deep empathy for educators and a willingness to learn from their perspectives
