Job Summary

Providing world-class support to a diverse customer base, the remote Associate Customer Service Representative (B2B) will manage inquiries, execute order management processes, and drive customer experience initiatives while adhering to service standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing issues related to inventory, order status, pricing, and claims
  • Manage customer service processes including order entry, discrepancies, fulfillment, and warranty claims
  • Promote self-service tools and drive first contact resolution to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' total work experience, with at least one year in customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data entry, formatting, and basic formulas
  • Proficiency in the broader Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to perform root cause analysis
