Job Summary
Leading a remote team of customer service and order management associates, the full-time B2B Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure accurate order processing, and foster a collaborative environment focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily order management operations, including EDI and customer purchase order processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and align on customer requirements
- Provide coaching and support to associates, facilitating positive resolutions to customer inquiries and operational challenges
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer operations, order management, or B2B customer service, including leadership experience
- Experience with EDI orders and complex customer requirements
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and support associate development
- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and systems such as SAP or related platforms
