Job Summary
To scale revenue and market share, the full-time remote B2B Demand Generation Manager will architect and execute account-based marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise clients while managing vendor partnerships and optimizing lead generation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and optimize full-funnel demand generation campaigns for high-value growth products, focusing on ideal target enterprise clients
- Operationalize lead scoring frameworks and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and pipeline attribution
- Manage relationships with paid media and creative agency partners to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and maximize cost-per-lead efficiency
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing within SaaS, data analytics, or media intelligence industries
- Proficient in deploying and scaling account-based marketing strategies using platforms like Demandbase or Marketo/HubSpot
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in managing Salesforce and interpreting cross-channel attribution metrics
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across complex organizational structures
- Professional expertise in Google Workspace, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic delivery ecosystems
