Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive B2B digital marketing initiatives focused on measurable pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the B2B digital marketing strategy to generate sales-qualified pipeline
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital programs, including LinkedIn Ads and email campaigns
- Manage HubSpot for campaign setup, attribution modeling, and reporting while collaborating with Sales and SDR teams
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in technology or consulting services
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, including attribution and reporting
- Proven ability to generate measurable pipeline from digital marketing programs
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads in B2B contexts
- Comfortable operating across multiple tools and data sources
