B2B Fulfillment Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Fulfillment team remotely, the full-time B2B Fulfillment Operations Associate will manage clinical placement requests, coordinate with preceptors, and maintain accurate data in HubSpot and internal databases to ensure smooth operational processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and manage clinical placement orders in HubSpot, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking
• Coordinate preceptor requests by providing detailed information and securing approvals for placements
• Maintain placement trackers and organize documentation for schools and preceptors to facilitate student onboarding

Required qualifications:

• Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Clear written and interpersonal communication skills for collaborating with external partners
• Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
• Prior experience in an operations, coordinator, or client success support role is preferred
