Job Summary

As a full-time remote B2B Growth Manager, the candidate will manage client relationships, drive marketing performance strategies, and oversee paid media campaigns to achieve scalable growth for clients across Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead client communications and manage relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving measurable outcomes
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms, optimizing campaigns to enhance client performance and revenue
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports that connect marketing efforts to business KPIs, facilitating informed decision-making and strategy adjustments
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B paid media management with proven results
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • Mastery of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads; familiarity with ABM platforms is a plus
  • Experience managing significant ad spend with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot
