Job Summary

Owning B2B paid acquisition strategies, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will manage campaigns across digital and unconventional channels, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance and budget allocation.

Key responsibilities
  • Run B2B paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and Meta, as well as out-of-home channels
  • Contribute to channel and budget strategy, testing and scaling effective initiatives
  • Analyze spend decisions using metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of B2B paid acquisition experience, preferably within a SaaS company
  • Proven experience managing multiple paid channels, including LinkedIn and Meta
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in fast-growing organizations with a track record of ownership
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools in marketing and experience in unconventional marketing channels
