Job Summary
Owning B2B paid acquisition strategies, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will manage campaigns across digital and unconventional channels, utilizing data-driven decisions to optimize performance and budget allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Run B2B paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and out-of-home channels
- Contribute to channel and budget strategy, testing and scaling effective initiatives
- Apply analytical rigor to spending decisions, focusing on metrics like CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of B2B paid acquisition experience, preferably in a SaaS environment with significant budget ownership
- Proven experience managing multiple paid channels, including LinkedIn and Meta
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Experience in a fast-growing organization with a high degree of autonomy
- Bonus: familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows and experience with unconventional marketing channels
