Owning B2B paid acquisition strategies, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will manage campaigns across digital and unconventional channels, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize budget and performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Run B2B paid acquisition across various channels, including paid social and out-of-home
  • Contribute to channel and budget strategy by testing, scaling, and optimizing campaigns
  • Apply analytical rigor to assess spend decisions, focusing on metrics like CAC and ROAS
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of B2B paid acquisition experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience managing multiple paid channels, including LinkedIn and Meta
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-backed decision-making
  • Experience in fast-growing organizations with a high level of ownership
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools in marketing and experience with unconventional marketing channels
