Job Summary
Owning B2B paid acquisition across various channels, the full-time remote Growth Marketer will manage campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta, employing creative targeting strategies and analytical rigor to optimize budget and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Run B2B paid acquisition campaigns across digital and out-of-home channels
- Contribute to channel and budget strategy, testing, scaling, and optimizing performance
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams for full-funnel optimization and creative development
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of B2B paid acquisition experience at a SaaS company with significant budget responsibility
- Proven experience running multiple paid channels, including LinkedIn and Meta
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and attribution
- Experience in fast-growing organizations with a high degree of ownership
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools in marketing and experience with unconventional channels like direct mail
