Job Summary
To drive pipeline and revenue growth across segments, the full-time B2B Growth Marketing Director will architect and scale comprehensive demand generation programs, create unified narratives, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build scalable strategies and tactics to accelerate revenue growth through high-velocity acquisition and nurturing programs across channels
- Design and orchestrate targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic accounts, emphasizing personalized approaches
- Own the demand generation engine, including paid advertising and organic programs, while establishing analytics for campaign performance measurement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a growth or demand generation role at a high-growth tech company
- Proven success managing enterprise programs at scale
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated pipeline and revenue contribution
- Technical proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, science, or engineering
