Job Summary

Leading the development of a world-class B2B growth engine, the full-time VP, B2B Growth & Partner Marketing will manage end-to-end demand generation strategies and partner marketing initiatives, focusing on pipeline creation, market expansion, and revenue accountability in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and scale the B2B growth engine, managing the full funnel from awareness to revenue
  • Lead AI-driven growth strategies and develop always-on engagement programs to enhance partner activation
  • Oversee audience strategy and market expansion efforts, including targeted campaigns and go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Strong background in B2B funnel management and pipeline optimization tied to revenue outcomes
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
