Job Summary
Seeking a performance-driven VP, B2B Growth Marketing Executive, this full-time hybrid role will build and lead a world-class B2B growth engine, focusing on demand generation, partner marketing, and revenue acceleration while maintaining a regular presence at the Madison, WI headquarters.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and scale the B2B growth engine, leading strategy and execution across the full funnel from awareness to retention
- Develop AI-first growth strategies and always-on engagement programs to enhance targeting and partner education
- Drive audience strategy and market expansion through tailored campaigns and go-to-market initiatives for new partner segments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Strong background in B2B funnel management and closed-loop measurement tied to revenue outcomes
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations
