Job Summary

B2B Growth Marketing Manager, seeking a full-time professional to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of B2B paid media and content syndication programs across various commercial segments in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the full-funnel B2B paid media strategy across multiple platforms
  • Manage paid media budget, forecasting, and reporting on spend efficiency and ROI
  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B paid media and performance marketing
  • 4+ years managing LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, including ABM campaigns
  • 3+ years of SEM experience with an understanding of demand generation goals
  • Experience with content syndication programs, preferably in healthcare or health tech
  • Expertise in analytics platforms such as Google Ads and Google Analytics
