Job Summary

To support client growth initiatives, the full-time remote B2B Growth Marketing Manager will manage cross-channel marketing strategies, collaborate with account teams, and oversee the execution of customer journey programs while ensuring alignment with client goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute high-impact marketing initiatives and consumer journeys
  • Develop and implement cross-channel programs based on client KPIs and insights from analytics
  • Build and maintain multi-channel reports to capture key insights and identify opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot, with experience in customer experience workflows
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels and Account Based Marketing strategies
  • Experience in identifying new marketing channels and devising engaging marketing strategies
  • Strong collaboration and presentation skills for internal and client-facing interactions
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B strategy experience in-house or at an agency
