Job Summary
To support client growth initiatives, the full-time remote B2B Growth Marketing Manager will manage cross-channel marketing strategies, collaborate with account teams, and oversee the execution of customer journey programs while ensuring alignment with client goals.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute high-impact marketing initiatives and consumer journeys
- Develop and implement cross-channel programs based on client KPIs and insights from analytics
- Build and maintain multi-channel reports to capture key insights and identify opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot, with experience in customer experience workflows
- Understanding of performance marketing channels and Account Based Marketing strategies
- Experience in identifying new marketing channels and devising engaging marketing strategies
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills for internal and client-facing interactions
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B strategy experience in-house or at an agency
