Job Summary
To support client growth, the full-time B2B Growth Marketing Manager will manage high-impact marketing strategies and omni-channel initiatives remotely, focusing on optimizing customer journeys and aligning with account teams to enhance performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and consumer journeys from kickoff to launch
- Develop and implement cross-channel programs that align with key business KPIs based on analytics insights
- Lead strategic meetings to align on client goals and oversee the creation of marketing materials and reporting processes
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Hubspot, with experience in workflows and lead scoring
- Understanding of performance marketing channels tailored to customer journeys and Account Based Marketing
- Experience in identifying new marketing channels and developing engaging marketing strategies
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills for both internal and client-facing interactions
- 2+ years of B2B strategy experience in-house or at an agency preferred
