Job Summary
Focused on driving client success, the full-time remote B2B HubSpot Growth Marketing and Automation Manager will manage high-impact marketing strategies, collaborate with account teams, and optimize customer journeys through data-driven initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives aligned with client goals
- Develop and implement cross-channel programs based on customer journey insights and analytics
- Maintain data integrity and manage CRM integrations while identifying opportunities for performance improvements
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, with experience in workflows and lead scoring
- Understanding of performance marketing tailored to unique customer journeys and Account Based Marketing
- Experience in identifying marketing channels and devising engagement strategies
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills for internal and client-facing interactions
- 2+ years of B2B strategy experience in-house or agency preferred
