Job Summary
To support B2B sales efforts, the full-time B2B Inside Sales Representative will manage incoming and outgoing communications with business accounts, generate new leads, and collaborate with Territory Account Executives to enhance the adoption of respiratory care products.
Key responsibilities
- Build trust with providers by understanding their needs and effectively addressing inquiries
- Organize target accounts, create strategic call plans, and transition sales leads to the appropriate team members
- Accurately record customer interactions and performance metrics in the CRM system to track progress and ensure compliance
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Successful completion of Product Expert certification for higher levels
