Job Summary
To support a growing reality capture and BIM firm, the part-time B2B Lead Generation Specialist will identify decision-makers in the AEC industry and engage them through targeted outreach to generate project opportunities remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a targeted prospect list across the Eastern U.S. including AEC firms, developers, and general contractors
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone, focusing on educational messaging
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the project and technical team while maintaining CRM records
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B lead generation, business development, or sales experience
- Background in AEC, construction technology, geospatial, or surveying is strongly preferred
- Able to learn and represent technical services to non-technical decision-makers
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools
- Self-directed and organized, requiring minimal supervision
