Job Summary
Owning the email, in-product, and nurture programs that drive pipeline growth, the full-time remote B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and optimize lifecycle campaigns, manage lead scoring and segmentation, and ensure effective marketing-to-sales handoffs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously optimize lifecycle and nurture campaigns across email and in-product channels
- Own lead scoring and segmentation models in HubSpot, ensuring effective lead routing based on fit and intent signals
- Manage the marketing-to-sales handoff in collaboration with RevOps and Sales, focusing on clean data and clear SLAs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in B2B lifecycle, demand generation, or marketing automation roles, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Deep proficiency in HubSpot, including building workflows and automated nurture programs
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and the integration of marketing and sales data
- Experience in managing lead scoring and MQL/SQL/PQL funnels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to own funnel metrics and translate data into actionable insights
