Job Summary

To drive demand and accelerate partner growth, the full-time remote B2B Lifecycle Marketing Senior Specialist will design and execute full-funnel marketing programs, improve conversion rates, and integrate event marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and execute scalable lifecycle programs to enhance MQL to closed-won conversion
  • Develop segmented nurture programs and re-engagement campaigns to activate stalled leads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize event lead capture and maximize ROI
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B lifecycle, CRM, or demand generation within a revenue-driven organization
  • Strong knowledge of B2B funnel mechanics, pipeline metrics, and revenue attribution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates and accelerating pipeline velocity
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce reporting
