Job Summary

To support the marketing team, the remote Senior Associate, B2B Marketing Automation will develop and execute automated marketing programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on building and launching complex email and journey-based campaigns while collaborating closely with Data and Operations teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end campaign lifecycles, translating marketing briefs into technical workflows and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Build, launch, and monitor multi-touch marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lead nurture and retention campaigns
  • Partner with Data and Ops teams to ensure proper data structures and integrations are in place for effective audience segmentation
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or campaign execution
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building complex workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, utilizing HTML and AMP script
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL to query databases and troubleshoot audience or data issues
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus
