Job Summary
Seeking a full-time B2B Marketing Lead for the NORDICS region, this remote position will drive growth through lead generation, brand awareness, and the execution of complex multi-language outbound strategies while managing local events and collaborating across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement aggressive lead generation and brand awareness strategies for the NORDICS B2B market
- Execute complex outbound marketing campaigns tailored to multi-language audiences
- Oversee the planning and execution of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in one of the four Nordic languages and fluent in English
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing projects from inception to completion with a focus on ROI
- Background in entrepreneurial environments or high-stakes projects
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Comprehensive knowledge of growth marketing, including analytics, campaign planning, and event organization
