Job Summary
A company is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate top-of-funnel growth across employer audiences through multi-channel acquisition campaigns
- Shape early-funnel strategy, refine segmentation and messaging, and create content to engage benefits leaders
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and other partners to increase pipeline contribution and improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or acquisition marketing with early-funnel execution experience
- 5+ years of experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and MAP systems
- Proven success in building or scaling top-of-funnel acquisition programs that increase qualified lead volume
- Strong analytical skills for building dashboards and analyzing funnel metrics
- Experience working with Sales, RevOps, or related teams to enhance lead quality and conversion
