Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of B2B Marketing, responsible for driving demand and revenue growth across employer and health plan segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the B2B marketing vision and roadmap aligned with company growth and revenue goals
- Establish and leverage marketing analytics to track initiative ROI and optimize marketing funnel performance
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing B2B marketing organization while managing budget allocation
Required Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success in B2B marketing, preferably targeting health plans and employers
- Strong track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Experience supporting enterprise sales with complex deal cycles
- Deep familiarity with supplemental benefits, digital health, or population health solutions preferred
