Job Summary
Owning end-to-end operations for enterprise accounts, the full-time remote B2B Operations Manager will manage a ~$3M P&L, implement strategic growth projects, and build efficient operating models while fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Build and implement a standard operating model for B2B accounts, ensuring efficient operations and curriculum delivery
- Track account metrics and conduct periodic reviews with clients to discuss performance and strategies for growth
- Support new campus expansion efforts and develop annual strategic plans to achieve growth targets
Required qualifications
- Experience in strategy consulting or multi-site operations
- Proven track record in driving transformations and growth initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Suite tools
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Experience in industrial services or blue-collar sectors is a plus
