Managing a portfolio of enterprise-level paid search programs, the full-time B2B Paid Search Director will lead strategy and execution for over $100M in annual media investments while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee paid search strategy, performance management, and executive-level business planning across a multi-product media investment
- Drive campaign architecture, optimization, and execution oversight, ensuring operational excellence and measurable business impact
- Lead and mentor a team of Paid Search Specialists, focusing on coaching, career development, and performance management
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience managing enterprise-level paid search programs in agency or client-side environments
- Minimum of 2 years of staff management experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and enterprise-scale optimization strategies
- Experience supporting complex SaaS, fintech, or performance marketing businesses
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging performance data to drive strategic decision-making
