Job Summary

A company is looking for a B2B Payments Sales Leader and Hunter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personally close 10-13 mid-market corporate accounts annually and manage the sales pipeline
  • Create and maintain sales processes, including playbooks and training materials, while ensuring team onboarding and productivity
  • Deliver weekly metrics reports and hold team meetings focused on performance and accountability
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of B2B payments experience with a proven record of quota attainment
  • Experience in closing mid-market deals with AP spend accounts between $50M-$500M
  • Proven ability to build sales processes and training programs from scratch
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce for managing reports and dashboards
  • Experience with sales engagement tools and complex B2B sales cycles
