Job Summary
Supporting a B2B marketing transformation, the part-time contract Personalization Strategy Lead will manage audience segmentation frameworks, govern audience taxonomy within Adobe RTCDP and AEP, and develop content decisioning frameworks for dynamic delivery in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own the B2B personalization strategy, including audience segmentation frameworks and use case roadmaps
- Define and govern audience taxonomy within Adobe RTCDP and AEP, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop content decisioning frameworks and personalization rules for audience-driven delivery at scale
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in customer segmentation, personalization strategy, or audience management
- Experience with Adobe RTCDP or AEP, or strong experience with comparable enterprise CDPs
- Strong understanding of B2B data structures and ABM segmentation
- Familiarity with identity resolution and first-party data strategy in a CDP
- Experience building content decisioning frameworks for multi-channel programs
