To support a growing team, the full-time B2B Proposal Writer will author persuasive business proposals and sales materials, translating complex information into compelling narratives while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Author persuasive business proposals and RFP responses, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs
• Continuously optimize sales enablement content, including case studies and pitch materials, to enhance effectiveness
• Manage proposal coordination and stakeholder feedback, ensuring timely revisions and high-quality outputs

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B content strategy, proposal writing, or related fields, preferably in technology or consumer electronics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Proven storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences
• Experience developing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing content that drives engagement
