B2B Reuse/Refill Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategic and technical initiatives, the full-time remote B2B Reuse/Refill Manager will focus on converting single-use B2B transport packaging to reusable solutions, while building and managing a team to execute state-specific strategies and collaborate with industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and own the B2B strategy for reusable packaging, collaborating with state-level teams to meet local requirements
• Map the landscape for B2B packaging conversion and develop strategies to comply with state-level extended producer responsibility laws
• Act as project leader for B2B proposals, overseeing the development of reusable packaging solutions across various product types

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations/Supply Chain, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B environment, particularly in program costs and financials
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing reuse/refill or sustainability programs
• Familiarity with various reusable business models, such as ownership and pooled services
• Existing network in the Business-to-Business reuse sector preferred
