Job Summary

A company is looking for a B2B Revenue Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and execute sales and marketing processes, including managing marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Develop and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, analyzing performance for actionable insights
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in go-to-market systems and processes, documenting improvements and best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in a revenue operations or similar B2B role
  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing automation and CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Salesforce Admin Certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and B2B customer lifecycle management
