Job Summary
A company is looking for a B2B Revenue Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and execute sales and marketing processes, including managing marketing automation and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, analyzing performance for actionable insights
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in go-to-market systems and processes, documenting improvements and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in a revenue operations or similar B2B role
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing automation and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Salesforce Admin Certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and B2B customer lifecycle management
