Job Summary
Driving net new ARR in a fully remote capacity, the full-time B2B SaaS Regional Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle, engage multi-stakeholder buying groups, and create opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver against a net ARR quota while managing a robust sales pipeline
- Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal and negotiation stages
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to effectively win business
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS Account Executive or Regional Sales Manager role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Strong pipeline generation and forecasting capabilities
- Direct B2B SaaS sales experience is required
