Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Executive - B2B SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts within a defined West region territory
- Prospect, qualify, build business cases, and close deals with average deal sizes ranging from $10K to $100K ARR
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams while independently driving the sales process
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Experience selling in the $10K-$100K ARR range and ability to handle price objections confidently
- Outbound-first mindset with strong discovery instincts
- Ability to quickly learn industry context, particularly in HR and payroll operations within the construction sector
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization
