Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in B2B, HR, Recruiting, or SaaS environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and structure
- Ability to work independently with a drive for strategic development in sales
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
