Job Summary
To support a high-growth client in the Home Services Marketing industry, the full-time B2B Sales Development Representative will manage outbound sales efforts by qualifying and booking consultations with U.S. business owners, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume multi-channel outbound outreach, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement targeting home-services decision makers
- Research and qualify prospects using BANT criteria to ensure only confirmed-fit opportunities are booked for closers
- Maintain an organized pipeline in GoHighLevel, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups for all leads
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B cold outbound experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or outbound sales representative
- Neutral or near-neutral U.S. accent with polished written English for effective communication with American business owners
- Proven ability to make 50+ cold calls daily and handle rejection in a high-performance sales environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably GoHighLevel
- Self-managed and KPI-driven with a strong sense of accountability for tracking performance and results
