Job Summary
To drive B2B sales growth across the Americas, the full-time salaried B2B Sales Enablement Associate Director will shape go-to-market strategies, support sales enablement initiatives, and engage in strategic sales opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the B2B Sales go-to-market strategy for the Americas, aligning regional priorities with global sales objectives
- Support and energize the B2B Sales pipeline by equipping teams with essential knowledge and tools, and developing training programs to enhance commercial readiness
- Proactively target priority accounts and partner with sales teams on key pursuits, contributing to solution development and client presentations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or related commercial roles
- Experience in sales operations, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy
- Proven ability to support client-facing commercial initiatives and complex sales motions
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse teams
- Curiosity about technology and AI, with a focus on improving sales effectiveness
