Job Summary

To support business growth, the full-time Lead Generation Specialist - B2B Sales (Inside Sales) will focus on generating sales leads, conducting prospect calls, and maintaining customer relationships in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop new business through cold calling and outbound calls
  • Create and maintain a database of prospects while ensuring consistent customer follow-up
  • Assist the sales head in handling customer inquiries and needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in international cold calling
  • Proven track record as a B2B appointment setter or sales representative
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce
  • Strong convincing skills and ability to work under sales pressure
