Job Summary
Leading North America sales expansion, the full-time B2B Sales Operations Leader will develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy while managing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for software and microchipping in the shelter and veterinary industry
- Lead and mentor B2B sales teams while establishing key performance metrics and driving partner adoption of services
- Oversee B2B operational processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, preferably in animal welfare or related industries
- Proven track record of scaling multi-million dollar revenue growth and building high-performing teams
- Deep experience in operational process improvement and CRM/RevOps systems
- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and growth identification
