Job Summary
Providing essential support to the B2B sales team and customers, the full-time B2B Sales Support Representative will manage phone and electronic communications, process orders, and maintain pricing accuracy while utilizing Inogen's IT systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide phone and electronic support to B2B customers worldwide
- Enter all B2B orders and process customer RMAs
- Maintain the domestic partner hotline and respond to inbound calls from B2B customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred
- 2 years' experience in a senior customer service role required
- Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and CCOD required
- Experience caring for international distributors and customers
- Strong work ethic and analytical skills
