Job Summary

A company is looking for a B2B Sales Support Specialist to assist their business partners by managing inquiries and order workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound email inquiries and assess account value before handing off to the Account Manager
• Manage the full order management process, ensuring accurate communication with Operations
• Collaborate with Operations to prepare for bulk orders and maintain product listings for Shopify Collective partners

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or customer experience
• Background in design, visual arts, photography, or a related creative field
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) for data management
• Familiarity with order management systems or customer experience platforms
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or similar
