Job Summary
To establish and develop a high-performing sales function, the full-time remote B2B Sales Team Lead will manage the sales team, optimize sales processes, and lead CRM implementation while driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the sales team structure, define responsibilities, and set quotas and KPIs
- Design and continuously optimize the end-to-end sales process from qualification to closing
- Lead CRM implementation, ensuring full team adoption through training and support
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building and scaling sales functions from scratch
- Strong existing client network within relevant industries
- Hands-on experience with CRM selection and implementation
- Fluent in English with a strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
