Job Summary

As a remote full-time B2B Senior Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will manage customer inquiries across various channels, act as a liaison with sales and service personnel, and analyze data to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee all customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication methods to ensure satisfaction

Required qualifications
