Job Summary
As a remote full-time B2B Senior Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will manage customer inquiries across various channels, act as a liaison with sales and service personnel, and analyze data to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication methods to ensure satisfaction
- Act as a liaison with sales personnel and distributors to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Analyze data and report findings to improve customer communication and service delivery
Required qualifications
- 1 to 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs)
