B2B Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of B2B Strategy & Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with subchannel leadership on New Business planning and goal setting
• Collaborate with leaders to define measurable sales goals aligned with company strategy
• Develop financial models and scenario planning to support strategic investments and distribution decisions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in analytical roles, preferably in field sales or B2B distribution
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong quantitative or analytical focus
• Strong background using SQL and Tableau for analysis and insight visualization
• Ability to build and interpret dashboards using modern BI tools
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
