Job Summary

A company is looking for a B2B Student Success Manager to lead and enhance the educational journey of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for students from admission to graduation, providing personalized support
• Supervise and guide instructors and assistants to align with educational goals
• Design and implement an efficient onboarding process for new students

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in vocational training related to the Department of Education
• Experience managing government grants in Spain for at least 2 years
• Passion for education and technology with a focus on innovative learning
• Ability to adapt in dynamic startup environments
• Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Catalan is a plus
