Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily B2B platform support across multiple brands via shared inboxes
- Manage user access, permissions, setup, and password resets
- Troubleshoot order, shipment, invoicing, and access issues
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in B2B support, order management, or technical operations
- Strong Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Experience troubleshooting systems and resolving data issues
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or SAP is a plus
