Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily B2B platform support across multiple brands via shared inboxes
  • Manage user access, permissions, setup, and password resets
  • Troubleshoot order, shipment, invoicing, and access issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year in B2B support, order management, or technical operations
  • Strong Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Experience troubleshooting systems and resolving data issues
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or SAP is a plus
