Job Summary

Managing small to mid-size B2B customer integration eProcurement projects, the full-time Associate Technical Project Manager will develop standards for external integrations, analyze business processes, and drive improvements within the customer order to cash cycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer communications related to B2B testing requirements and track the status of customer testing
  • Manage implementation for standard B2B integration projects and enable integrations with B2B marketplaces and eProcurement applications
  • Analyze processes compared to business needs and recommend system or process improvements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience (2-4+ years of technical project management)
  • 1-3+ years of applicable experience in project management
  • Ability to understand technical processes and systems
  • Experience in facilitating customer conference calls
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
