Job Summary
Seeking a B2B Technical Support Specialist, the remote contract position will assist clients by troubleshooting issues, improving customer experience, and collaborating with development teams while requiring proficiency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
Key responsibilities
- Actively improve the customer experience by identifying and resolving client issues
- Collaborate with development teams to report bugs and troubleshoot reported problems
- Support client onboarding and assist with data uploads to internal systems
Required qualifications
- B2 English proficiency is mandatory; C1 proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is required
- Strong interest in technology and ability to learn quickly
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Based in Europe
